Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Zaidi Law Firm P.C. (registered as Zaidi Law Firm PC) is an immigration law firm in Houston, Texas. We represent individuals, families and businesses in family-based immigration, employment and investment visas, non-immigrant visas, deportation and removal defense, asylum, citizenship and appeals.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our appointment text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to immigrationsavior.com and to the text messages we send about scheduled consultations. It does not change the separate professional duties of confidentiality we owe to our clients, which are broader than this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us or what the website needs to function:

  • Information you submit through our contact form — your first and last name, email address, telephone number, the message you write, and whether you ticked the box consenting to appointment text messages.
  • Appointment information — the date, time and type of consultation you schedule, and the mobile number used to send you reminders about it.
  • Information you give us directly — anything you tell us by telephone, by email or in person when you contact the firm or schedule a consultation.
  • Website usage data — we use Google Tag Manager, which may place cookies and record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is aggregate traffic information; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Please do not send confidential case details through the contact form or by text message. Use the form to tell us how to reach you and, in general terms, what you need help with. Sensitive details belong in a conversation with the attorney.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To send you confirmations and reminders about an appointment you have scheduled.
  • To provide legal services to you if you become a client of the firm.
  • To keep the records the firm is required to keep, and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
  • To maintain and improve the website.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing text messages.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and consent, Zaidi Law Firm PC sends text messages about an appointment you have scheduled: a confirmation when it is booked, reminders before it, and a notice if it is rescheduled or cancelled. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of being represented by the firm or of any purchase, and you may decline and still schedule an appointment.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your mobile number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these messages on our behalf, and only so that the message can be sent. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, START to resume, or HELP for help. Full details, including message frequency, are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers — companies that operate parts of our practice on our behalf, such as our website host, our email and calendar provider, and the messaging provider that delivers our appointment texts. They may use your information only to perform that service for us.
  • Government agencies and courts — where you are a client and we are filing or advocating on your behalf, we provide the information your matter requires, with your authority.
  • When the law requires it — to comply with a subpoena, court order or other legal obligation, or to protect the rights or safety of the firm or others.

We are mindful that information about immigration status is sensitive. We do not disclose client information to anyone outside the firm except as described above or as you instruct, and we do not share it for marketing of any kind.

Confidentiality and attorney-client privilege

Communications with the firm in the course of seeking or receiving legal advice may be protected by the attorney-client privilege and by the confidentiality duties that apply to Texas attorneys. Those protections are generally wider than this privacy policy and they continue after a matter ends.

Submitting the contact form or sending a text message does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only when the firm and the client agree in writing that the firm will act. Information you send before that point may not be privileged, which is why we ask you not to include confidential details.

How we protect information

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the systems holding enquiry, appointment and client information is limited to the attorney and authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email and text message in particular are not secure channels, which is another reason to keep sensitive details out of them.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries that do not become matters only as long as needed to respond and to show how an enquiry was handled. Client files are kept for the periods required by our professional and legal obligations, which can be several years after a matter closes. Opt-out records are kept for as long as the number remains opted out, so that we do not text someone who has asked us not to.

Your choices

  • Text messages — reply STOP at any time, or tell our office you no longer want them.
  • Email and telephone — tell us and we will use the contact method you prefer.
  • Access, correction or deletion — contact us and we will tell you what we hold and correct or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
  • Cookies — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. The website works without them, though some pages may behave differently.

To make any of these requests, call our office or email info@immigrationsavior.com.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. Where a matter concerns a child, we obtain their information from the parent, guardian or authorised adult handling the case.

Other websites

Our website may link to other sites, including government resources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and the current version is always posted here.
